No gig in Tangiers?
I attended your lecture at Stanford last night. It did not disappoint. I've read Song and Dance Man and I have the Dictionary, which I refer to often. My dad has not read your book, but he loves Dylan. He came as well. He greatly enjoyed the lecture too. My question to you is as follows: If we can view large parts of Dylan's work as arising out of, continuing and adding to the Blues tradition through Love and Theft, are there any songs from his more recent work that add to the tradition? I know you are more dismissive of his recent work.
