When we talk about Dylan as a great singer we don't usually mean great in a conventional, orthodox sense. We mean the unique, urgent, unstoppable communicativeness of his singing and the extraordinary range of emotions, and nuances of emotions, he manages to get across (often in the same song).

Sometimes, though, as here, his singing is just – as you say – beautiful.

I've been a Dylan fan for years and was never even aware that there were live recordings of his country phase. This is great.
