TORONTO IS OFF, FOR NOW...

It's not going to be possible to hold an event in Toronto on this run of dates after all, to my great regret. I will still be in the city from the early evening of September 11th till mid-morning on the 13th, but only for media promo slots (and no details of any of these are in yet). But I hope instead, next year, to do a proper run of dates in Canada, not just Toronto but maybe St.John's Newfoundland (where I spent 3 months once, in 1985), Halifax Nova Scotia, St. John New Brunswick, Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver too. I've always wanted to drive and/or ride a train all across the grandeur of the continent (including, to use Dylan scholar David Pichaske's phrase, the "horizontal grandeur" of the prairies).
