Mavis. She's a Griffon Nivernais. We rescued her from a stray dogs' place and on Jan. 4th we'll have had her for the same length of time she was in the dogs' home - 16 months. (In France they don't kill them off if unwanted: they just keep them forever, which is OK if the place is OK. The one Mavis was in was horrid.) She's four or five years old, and lovely.; 7:07 pm
